Each flight is conducted by the operator under their own AOC, insurance, and operational procedures, in full compliance with European and Swiss aviation regulations.

Safety is non‑negotiable.

• Comprehensive operator‑held passenger and third‑party insurance

As a charter broker, we do not assume operational control of flights.

When you book a flight through us:

• The contract of carriage is concluded directly between you and the operating air carrier
• The operating carrier remains responsible for the flight
• Payment is made to the operator or as contractually agreed
• We are compensated via a brokerage commission

This structure ensures clarity, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
